The NABWIS 2025 In-Person Conference will be held in Denver Colorado on October 7th - 9th 2025.

- Please request the NABWIS conference room rate. It is the government rate of $215 per night.
Registration will run until August 29th.
Member: $375
Non member: $435
Speaker Daily Rate: $100
Attendee Daily Rate: $150
- Full payment for the conference is due on 8-29-2025. Refunds are available until 8-29-25 minus a 20% fee.
- Hotel Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, September 5, 2025.
- Please send all accommodation requests and food restrictions by August 29th to conference@nabwis.org
